FDA's Response to FTCLDF Suit Over Interstate Raw Milk Ban

The FDA has responded to the Farmer-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund’s (FTCLDF) lawsuit fighting regulations banning raw milk. In their response, the FDA does not recognize that there is a legal “fundamental right” to “produce, obtain, and consume” unpasteurized milk.
