FDA Urged to Make Public More Company Data

The FDA Transparency Task Force has urged the FDA to make more data publically available regarding the review process of proposed drugs and devices. The Task Force recommended that information regarding why the agency declined to approve a product or refused to accept an application should be disclosed.
